Types of Support Services

The Iowa Helpline can help with a variety of situations with our crisis hotline.

These are just a few of the supports available:

  • Therapy
  • Medication Management
  • Stabilization in a time of need
  • Meeting other people (peers) who have been where you are now
  • Learning how to access services right away to help you in a period of crisis
